On the first Wednesday of the month pick up a spice kit in the Demonstration Kitchen on Level Three. Spices are generously donated by the Good Food Store. Spice It Up! kits are free, but supplies are limited. Please limit one kit per household. Each kit includes a featured spice, background and traditional uses of the spice, and a low-cost recipe. This month the featured spice is Rubbed Sage.
