Learn about the background
and explore a variety of meditation
techniques and styles to help you
access that peaceful feeling while
in class and during daily activities.
Scientifically-proven health benefits of
mindfulness meditation include better
sleep, lower anxiety and stress levels,
improved attention and memory, and
a more positive outlook. Each class
will include a period of transition and
calming, followed by information
and discussion, and conclude with
practice. Bring an open mind and a
pillow or two to assist you in finding
comfort during the class.
