Description:
The Missoula Public Library is pleased to host the BZN Film Rodeo, which will offer free screenings to some of the award-winning films from Bozeman’s inaugural BZN International Film Festival. The event will feature screenings of a series of short films, followed by “Mankiller” (the BZN Spirit-Award Winner), a 73 minute documentary about Wilma Mankiller, the first female Principal Chief of the Cherokee Nation. In addition, Helena-native and Montana State University graduate, Colter Olmstead will be attending. He will speak about the making of his short documentary, “Drawback”, the story of Colter’s sister, Jordan, and her experience bowhunting in the Helena area.
