When: Every Tuesday from 9am-10:00am
Cost: $10/class
This class intends to teach the basics of a flow-style yoga format, and is meant for beginner to intermediate students. Focus is on the building blocks of yoga postures and linking the breath with movement. Flexibility not required.
Christian is a Shiatsu Bodywork Practitioner, Yoga and Self-Care teacher. She began learning yoga in 1992, and has been developing her practice and teaching skills ever since. She marries her yoga skills with her massage training to offer a holistic experience.
