At the WELL Women's Business Center, we wanted to make a course that sets aside time for you to explore and analyze your own strengths and embrace your vulnerabilities in order to grow as a leader.
Whether you're a business owner with employees, a manager, or working toward a promotion or career shift, this course provides you tools to lead with empathy in order to create better impact wherever you land in the future.
Learners at any level will gain practical skills to lead teams effectively and efficiently by bringing their authentic self to the table. We hope to give business women business owners and women managers in Montana support to being themselves and, simultaneously, improve their team dynamics.
Course Details:
- Work is done online, on your own time
- Starts Monday, November 1, 2021 and ends on Friday, December 17, 2021 with a week long break for Thanksgiving
- Optional Tuesday evening lab from 6:00-7:30 PM which provide a deeper dive into the content, virtual relationship building, instructor mentorship, occasional guest speakers, and more!
