Join us November 1st for our First Friday Art Show featuring the work of Ashley Mesteth. We will be serving wine and bites from 5pm-8pm.

Ashley loves to paint, which usually takes place around her kitchen table surrounded by two tiny humans who are wrapped in their own art. But it wasn’t until her children brought to life the outfits crafted by their grandparents, that she found a new passion in acrylics. Ashley began painting her children and members in my family at local powwows.

Raised in Arlee, MT, she married her high school sweetheart, graduated from the University of Montana with a bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education, and later moved back to the Jocko Valley to start a family.

Ashley uses vibrant colors to not only project happiness from her paintings but to also represent the integrity and detail of each cultural dance outfit.
