Experience improved balance, posture, and core muscle strength in this beginning level class that allows you to progress at your own pace. You must be familiar with safe and proper use of the CoreAlign equipment prior to this class. Prerequisite is the Introduction class or a minimum of 4 or more CoreAlign training sessions.
