Start your new career in the high demand, well paying trucking industry! In this three-week intensive class, students will explore the General Knowledge, Air Brakes, Combination Vehicles, Double/Triples, Tanker and Hazmat portions of the state exam in preparation for the CDL Learners Permit. Classroom instruction is combined with hands on labs with a semi-tractor and trailer. Prior to taking the CDL Learners Permit exam, students will need to complete a Department of Transportation Physical which is not included in the scope or fee of the class. Upon completion of the CDL Preparation course and obtaining a Learners Permit, students are eligible for 40 hours of individual driving time and use of the Truck for the CDL Exam for an addition $3,200.
