This seminar will give students an overview of this dynamic and functional martial art and its principles for further study. Focus of seminar will be in single and double sticks, knife and empty hand and the flow of each in relation to the other. In addition this seminar will highlight how Arnis and martial arts trains the nervous system as a holistic avenue of health and vitality.
