6:00pm (doors), 6:30pm to 8:30pm (dinner)
$50 per person

Your dinner* for the evening includes the following courses:
•Amuse: Tuna poke with ant salt on rice crisp.
•Superworm sausage with arugula, cilantro almond pesto, mezcal pickled tomatillo and cotija chip.
•Beef wellington -- local beef tenderloin in cricket flour pastry dough with cricket-mushroom duxelles and prosciutto. Served with a fall vegetable mash and crispy celery root.
•Cricket cannoli with whipped honey ricotta, grasshopper pistachios and chocolate.

Not feeling that adventurous or have a shellfish allergy? Choose the “non-bug” option for the same menu, minus the creepy crawlies. Please contact us if you need a vegetarian option.
