For women and non-binary folk: a place to talk about comedy and stand-up!

Come to The Badlander on the last Wednesday of the month for an hour of women talking with women about comedy. We don't care if you've been on the comedy scene for years or if you just want to learn more about humor, jokes, and making people laugh.

This month we will be talking about a couple of things:

1) Discussing triggers and comedy - and how the workshop/the world of comedy should navigate sensitive topics.

2) Doing a NEW joke writing exercise.

3) workshopping your jokes -- BRING JOKES IF YOU HAVE THEM! (but new people - don't worry at all if you come empty handed)

This event is FREE and happens right before the Revival Stand-Up Comedy Open Mic at The Badlander (which starts at 7:30 p.m.). Stay to do a five-minute stand-up comedy set or just to support other women in the group and watch and learn from other comics.
