Secret Mountain Laboratory is an eclectic mix of musicians who have their roots in bluegrass inspirations from small mountain towns infused with Latino influences from their travel, work and performances throughout southern Mexico. The group features Kyle Boone (bass and vocals), Chad Pickett (guitar and vocals), Will Merritt (ukulele and vocals), and Jocie Collins (vocals). Boone and Pickett have expanded on their acoustic duo "Caracol" to form a new group whose repertoire includes not only Spanish tunes, but also originals and well known covers with four part harmonies and lush melodies.
