Now that Fall is here, it’s time to settle in and be cozy. Join Sach Kiret (Arwen) for this intimate home practice of Kundalini Yoga as taught by Yogi Bhajan.

Over 4 Friday mornings, we will work with kriyas and meditations to clear the Arcline and strengthen our individual electromagnetic fields. The Arcline is the halo featured in many ancient paintings and works of Judeo-Christian art – it is one of our subtle bodies. Learn more about the Arcline here.

These classes feature live music in Arwen’s cozy living room, surrounded by musical instruments and crystals, and after class there will be tea or golden milk available. Attendance is very limited, so reserve your space now for this intimate experience.

This class is appropriate for all levels – come in comfortable clothes, with an optional head covering, BYO yoga mat/props, and cozy into this sweet experience. $12 drop in, $40 for the series.
