Piyo is a strength, flexibility and balance class designed primarily for participants who want the benefits of yoga yet prefer a faster-moving class. Yoga, pilates and plyometrics are fused together to create a fluid-moving strength conditioning class using a yoga mat and natural body weight. This progressive class starts very simple and gradually builds each time to make the workout more challenging and conditioning to the mind and body.
