Description:
Learn and practice communication skills to have more meaningful and effective climate conversations with your family, friends, and colleagues.
We have most of the solutions we need to address the climate crisis, but how do we get them supported and implemented? 64% of Americans rarely or never talk about climate change, creating a chasm for shared support. According to Katharine Hayhoe, climate scientist and expert climate communicator, creating connections through shared values is one of the most important actions we can do everyday to make a difference.
Join Families for a Livable Climate for this interactive workshop, part of Missoula's second-annual Climate Solutions Week.
Missoula Public Library, Cooper Room A (4th Floor)
