We've all gotten a little too familiar with our own homes this year--so let's learn about where some other creatures live! Drop in at Travelers' Rest State Park between 10am to 4pm to complete an animal homes scavenger hunt, and grab a take-home kit to build your own versions from natural materials.

This event is part of Kids Fest, hosted by Missoula Parks and Recreation over the month of October. It is also one of Travelers' Rest's Trekker Kids programs, an ongoing series of FREE activities at the park, geared toward kids ages 5-10 and their families. Join us every other Saturday to explore the rich cultural and natural history of western Montana and Travelers’ Rest! All activities are outdoors and structured to promote social distancing.
