Heroes Night Brazilian Jiu Jitsu (Free to our Heroes)

Heroes BJJ was established at the Academy of Gracie Humaita Cedar Park, TX, under Professor Tim Kennedy. Heroes Jiu Jitsu was born out of the desire to provide a space for our protectors, our veterans, and our emergency services that give so much of themselves to a life dedicated to service.
Here at Missoula BJJ we have collaborated with Heroes BJJ to highlight the benefits directly attributed to jiu jitsu, most notably that of mental health, Heroes Jiu Jitsu goes beyond the mat, to address mental, emotional, and physical needs of our Heroes.
- Our Hero's Jiu Jitsu is offered every Wednesday evening.
- Doors open at 5:45 pm, class starts promptly at 6 pm. This is a 60 minute class. All skill levels are welcome.
- This Class is completely free to First Responders, Active Duty Military and Veterans, Police Officers, Fire Fighters and Correctional Officers. - Please reach out to schedled your first class with us! More information on the links provided.
