September 26th is Bike Your Park Day! We invite you to bike around the Fort, bike from the Fort to Traveler's Rest State Park, or just come out to talk bikes! We'll have a booth set up outside of the NCO quarters with a display about the 25th infantry bicycle soldiers who were stations at Fort Missoula in the 1890s. Cycles of all ages are invited to stop by, and we should have some snacks for the road.
Feeling adventurous? We'll have a little obstacle course set up so you can do a (very) mini version of the 25th infantry's 41 day journey to St. Louis (sands of Nebraska! River crossings!)
