Bethany has been with Associated Employers in the role of HR Business Partner since 2016. She has more than 20 years of Human Resources, sales and customer service experience in retail and hospitality management. Bethany has been in store management, district and regional management, and hospitality management with the responsibility for teams of up to 200. Bethany’s experiences include working with everything from small employers to large corporations. She has extensive experience in employee management, recruiting, staff training, succession planning, performance management, conflict resolution, and management training. Bethany provides member services in the areas of: training, HR hotline calls, and assisting members with projects such as handbooks, job descriptions and compensation surveys.
