Hospice Care in Rural and Native Communities Workshop Description:
Join Skye McGinty, executive director of All Nations Health Center, and Dr. Melody Cunningham, a Partners Hope Foundation board member and hospice and palliative care medical specialist, to discuss hospice and palliative care in rural Montana and for Native communities. McGinty and Cunningham will cover a range of topics including access to telemedicine in rural areas, community caregivers who can assist with providing quality end-of-life care, and the challenges and desire for individuals who are dying to remain in their homes. Missoula Public Library, Fourth Floor, Cooper Room. Free and open to the public.

Partners Hope Foundation and All Nations Health Center are currently collaborating to create a “campus of care” in Missoula that includes Partners Hope Foundation’s center for hospice and end-of-life care currently under construction and All Nations’ future home.
