Small Group Apple Pressing

The Historical Museum at Fort Missoula
Description:
Although we can't have our Fall Harvest Fest this year, we still want to share the fun of old fashioned apple pressing with our community. We're inviting families, and small groups that are comfortable huddling around the apple press together, to come out to make fresh apple cider and learn about the role of apples the history of our 5 valleys. We can accomodate up to 10 people in an hour time slot, email Kristjana if you have any questions: keyjolfsson@missoulacounty.us

This activity is free, and to help with the cost of running the press, each group is enouraged to bring their own apples, or donate $10.

*Due to COVID-19 Restrictions, our group sizes are now being capped at 10 people per cider session. Masks are required when indoors and outside when physical distancing cannot be achieved. Hand sanitizer and gloves available. If you have any symptoms you must reschedule your group.*
