When I began working with the Enneagram years ago, I was blown away by its power to illuminate self-understanding and ignite personal evolution. In the years since, this powerful personality typing and personal growth system has gone from relative obscurity and found its way into myriad environments, with business leaders (in organizations as diverse as the Federal Reserve, Genentech, and Salesforce, etc.), coaches, individuals, parents, spiritual directors, therapists, etc., drawing on its wisdom to support personal development and organizational change.
