You have a wealth of incredible stories in you. Join host Marc Moss of Tell Us Something as he guides you on a journey of finding your own story. Marc will help you shape that story into one you can share at a live storytelling performance after the workshop. We will learn about the sense of place in a story through observation of the natural surroundings of the State Parks, learn about story arc, and learn how to better speak in front of a crowd. The workshop will occur from 11 to 1 pm and will involve hiking 3-4 miles, beginning at the Milltown State Park Overlook. We will take a lunch break from 1 - 3pm and then the storytelling performance will begin at 3 pm at the Confluence. This will last until everyone has shared their story. This event is open to all ages and abilities.
