Indian Country Conversations - Home, Place, Belonging Description:
MAM continues to host a series of afternoon discussions called Indian Country Conversations, which complement exhibitions by contemporary American Indian artists features at MAM throughout the year. This series is aimed at providing a platform for research, innovation, and traditional knowledge by American Indian artists, scholars, researchers, and cultural advocates. Individuals of all backgrounds and ethnicities are welcomed and encouraged, with the goal of developing a learning environment that promotes cross-cultural exchange in relationship to relevant exhibition topics. This series is made possible by support form the Cultural Vision Find and the Llewellyn Foundation.

The third talk of this conversation series features exhibiting contemporary American Indian artist John Hitchcock, with Joe McGeshick, and David Moore.
