When you treat food as a teacher, it can reveal something truly meaningful. In this workshop, you’ll explore the deeper lessons behind kimchi, an important symbol of Korean culture and identity. While learning how to make it and enjoying a meal together with others, come ready to tell your own food stories in a class that blends hands-on cooking with history, philosophy, and storytelling. All food supplies are included, and all levels are welcome. Bring a glass jar and a container for leftovers.
