Horse Heart Healing (H3) (9-1). Need a nervous system reset? Our equine partners are proven stress-reducers, co-regulators, and natural intuitive healers. Horses live in the present moment and just being near them can lower heartrate, blood pressure, and cortisol. Join us at one or more of the H3 events, and let your soul soak up some of that guided equine magic. This half-day event offers different experiences each time. This is not a riding clinic, groundwork only. H3 is offered on May 21, July 8, and September 9, 2026.
