Aligning with the flow of universal energy is absolutely imperative for us to live our lives in an optimal way. In thinking about the energy patterns that are unfolding around us, I am inspired by the Chinese astrological pattern: The Dragon. There is, of course, more nuance here, but the main qualities represented by the Dragon are growth, progress, abundance and lots of energy. It seems like the perfect energy to move past the obstacles and barriers that have been holding us back.

Set up as small group coaching, together we will explore a monthly theme related to how we align with the energy of our vision for our lives and how to really take on the challenges this change will bring. We will support each other to take the action steps required to open up to all of the opportunities that present themselves.

I have organized our curriculum around Joseph Campbell’s Hero’s Journey. It is such an iconic story arc, it just seemed like an ideal way to move through the process. Plus, there are 12 stages and we have 12 months. Can’t get much more obvious than that!
