Rapidgrass embodies the notion that nature, and particularly mountains, can bring out the best in their art, and they have dedicated much of their creative energy into bringing that art back to the people of the mountains. Rapidgrass focuses on travel to mountain towns and inspires mountain people and athletes around the globe and their music is motivated by and made for those who find peace in the mountains. Their travels to mountain towns has also given them a great palate of mountain music styles to draw from including styles from North America, France, Italy, Russia, Tibet, Argentina, and Ireland.

River City Roots Festival is Missoula's Signature Celebration. Admission-free and accessible for all, Roots Fest features live music and art from 30 artists on Main Street. The festival also includes a 4-mile run in partnership with Run Wild Missoula; a multi-truck Food Court on Ryman Street, and the Family Fun Fest in Caras Park on Saturday.
