In this introductory class students will learn how to use the soldering torch, jewelers saw, mandrel, mallets, and more! All techniques are leading up to building a beautiful Gemstone Lariat Necklace. The cost of supplies are variable for this class depending on the chain and beads chosen. We will pick out all those goodies during the class. The Lariat shown in the picture is comprised of sterling silver chain and wire, as well as Lodalite and Labradorite. Students will be required to sign a liability waiver prior to the start of class and masks are required to be worn at all times in the silversmithing studio due to the nature of the materials we will be using. Masks are provided.
