Yoga uses postures to develop balance, strength, and flexibility, while focusing on connecting breath with movement. A practice available for all levels, we will challenge ourselves, rest, and relax.

Krysta Campbell has been a student of yoga since 2011 and began her teaching journey in 2016. She is experienced in teaching a variety of classes including Silver Sneakers yoga, gentle yoga, vinyasa, fusion, and heated vinyasa. She focuses on physical alignment and the freedom to create your own practice. Whether we use yoga to rest or sweat, maybe we'll find a little peace and balance along the way.
