This online series will provide an opportunity for both didactic and highly interactive group discussions about the fundamentals of cultural factors, unintentional bias, cross-cultural skill development, and the role of cultural humility in promoting equal health access and outcomes. Training consists of three live webinars and at-home work.

Learning Objectives:
-Explain the concepts of unintentional bias, cross-cultural health principles, health equity, and social determinants of health.
-Create a method to engage their community in the development and implementation of effective cross-cultural health promotion.
-Draft an institutional statement (or mission statement) to promote best practices in cross-cultural health care.
-Define strategic goals to reduce unintentional bias to promote health equity in Montana.

3-Part Series will consist of three live webinars (3 hours each) with homework assignments in between. It will be hosted on Zoom. Please register on our website.
