Recovery Dharma offers a weekly trauma-informed, empowered approach to recovery based on Buddhist principals. Our program is peer-led and non-theistic. We welcome all those who wish to pursue recovery as part of our community! Together we explore to deepening our understanding of the Four Noble Truths and to practicing the Eightfold Path in our daily lives. As well as aim to cultivate healthy relationships within a recovery community, to both support our own recovery and support the recovery of others.
