This class will be an embodied exploration of the current astrological energy through education, conversation, journaling, music, movement and mantra. Each monthly session will be centered around the real-time astrology with an opportunity to learn more about ourselves and step into a deeper and embodied relationship with the Cosmos in this great dance of life.
