This class is designed for road bike riders who want to improve pedal efficiency, speed, endurance, and climbing skills. You will have a bike check at the start of class. Expect to ride as a group (no drops) in this non-competitive atmosphere. Individuals interested must be able to ride for 2 hours comfortably.
