Time: 10:00am - 4:00pm MDT In this camp, boys will build self-esteem together through music exploration. Regardless of musical experience, campers will form a band, write an original song, and perform at the ZACC showroom the Friday of camp. Boys will also meet great local musicians, learn about music history, attend songwriting clinics, talk about stage presence, create flyers for their upcoming show, design a band logo and screen T-shirts, and more. Part of the goal of the camp will be to create a safe, welcoming space for kids to spend quality time together, build relationships, and find their creative, rocking voice!
The rock camp performance will be towards the end of Friday, the last day of camp, with a time and location TBA (but within a few blocks of the ZACC).
