Introduction to Himalayan Singing Bowls - Two Day Workshop

This two day workshop in Himalayan bowls is a perfect appetizer to this profound and accessible instrument. The perfect opportunity for absolute beginners as well as people already experienced with the instrument to gain more skills, confidence and understanding in their use.

In this class you will learn:
Day One:
*Essential singing bowl playing skills
*Self massage with Himalayan Bowl
*Cleansing of energy field as a basic therapy technique
*Two bowl rhythmic back massage
Day Two:
*Water Ceremony
*Space Cleansing
*Working with sets of bowls for healing

For people who want to incorporate the bowls in their personal and professional lives, this course will definitely begin that process.

Meet your teacher: Cami Coté is a Montana native, vibrational sound therapy practitioner, reiki master, yoga teacher and kirtan artist who is much appreciated for her soulful voice, radiant spirit, and capacity to facilitate healing. She was introduced to vibrational sound healing in 2012 and in the years that followed began to learn multi-instrument sound therapy and share this passion through public sound baths, 1:1 healing and workshops. Cami became fascinated with the subtle power of the Himalayan bowls, which lead her to study and with in depth her teacher and teacher and mentor Geoffrey Torkington. She travels regularly throughout the Pacific Northwest introducing people through courses to her specializations.
