UM Dining Executive Sous Chef Michael Hanaghan welcomes you to the South Avenue Garden to explore the Taste of Montana. Chef Hanaghan has created a Montana themed dinner which will dazzle guests, complete with appetizers, wine pairings, and a tour of the garden. This extraordinary al fresco meal will emphasize fundamental connections: of dining with friends, old and new; breaking bread together in the garden among crops bursting with life and flavor; the breathtaking backdrop of Mount Sentinel’s familiar slope.
