During the waxing moon of late July, join us at The Wishwell Place, a magical space on the banks of the Jocko river, for a powerful experience of sound and meditation. This Friday is a special night for me, a reminder that loved ones who have crossed the world ocean before us are ever present and ever loving. We will open our circle by practicing a sweet meditation to heal our ancestral line, all those who have gone from this earth before us. Then it will be time to relax and celebrate the thousands whose love created you as you rest into the universal sounds of Gongs, Himalayan Bowls, Steel Tongue Drum, Voice, and more.

Bring with you a vessel for water/tea, any snacks you may want in the morning, and most importantly anything you need to sleep comfortably! I recommend a sleeping bag, camping mat, pillows, anything that you would like to help you rest comfortably through the night.

Optional Awesomeness: In the early morning, for those who wish to participate, Barbara Ellen will lead Aquarian Sadhana. This is an early morning practice from the tradition of Kundalini Yoga, and it's an amazing way to start the day: moving the body through a set of exercises, meditating and chanting, all in the ambrosial hours. Participation is optional (you are more than welcome to doze through it!) and a love donation for the space is recommended.
