At Words with Wings Summer Camp, kids entering grades 3-8 spend their days immersed in writing activities under the guidance of a skilled instructor. In the mornings, our young writers are broken into smaller groups by age (3-4, 5-6, and 7-8) so they can tackle creative writing and poetry projects designed just for them. In the afternoons, campers take their notebooks outside and find inspiration on field trips around Missoula and on the University of Montana campus.

The camp will take place July 20-24, and culminates in an outdoor poetry reading where friends and families are invited to join to hear a taste of what campers have written over the course of the week.
