Sound Healing in the Park! Sound healing promotes deep relaxation and access to meditative brainwave states. Simply bring a yoga mat, small pillow and blanket to make yourself comfortable lying down for about 45 min. You will be immersed in the sounds of crystal and Himalayan singing bowls, gong, chimes, cymbals, and more. This class will follow Yoga in the Park at 6 pm. Stay for both! Park at Monroe St and Locust St and walk over little bridges.
