tricia opstad is a inter disciplinary dance artist who has studied with many great teachers nationally in Body Mind Centering with Olive Bieringa (Norway/NYC), ReWire—Dancing States and Ensemble Thinking with Nina Martin (Marfa, TX), Vocal Somatics with Carol Swan (OAK), Dynamic Embodiment with Martha Eddy (OAK), Pleasure Practice luciana achugar (NYC) and contact improvisation with Karen Nelson, Keith Hennessy, Nancy Stark Smith, Andrew Wass, Daniel Lepkoff, and Nita Little to name a few.
