Join Andrea at Highlander Brewing Co for Namaste and Have a Beer!
Class is every Sunday and is outside in our beautiful covered pavilion area.
Want to try yoga with the challenge of holding a beer? Show up at 10:45 to grab a cold one and head out to the pavilion, or enjoy a tasty beer or seltzer as a reward after class.
Check in starts at 10:45 and class is at 11:00. Drop on in!
$20 includes yoga AND a free beer or seltzer!!
Please bring a mat and any props you may need. Class is on concrete so you may want more cushion.
