Speaker Series Description:
Lolo Watershed Group has got our first Speaker Series even coming the first week of July! On 7/6 at 7PM we will be screening two short films. Both filmmakers are graduate students at MSU in the Science and Natural History Filmmaking Program.

First, we have Stewardship With A Vision: Sieben Livestock Company. Stewardship with A Vision is a Western Landowner Alliance film series. Ashley Siana's film is the series's latest episode that visits the Hibbard family in North Central Montana. The film oscillates between interviews with the family and gorgeous views of their ranch. The family speak about their connection to the land throughout the generations and how they tie conservation to their work.

Our next film, is from LWG's former executive coordinator, Kascie Herron. Men Are From Mars and Women Will Save the Earth follows three women who work to consult landowners on how to conserve their wetlands at Montana Freshwater Partners. The film follow the trio in a superhero comic fashion with a fresh, creative spin on nature documentaries. ????

Each film will be followed by a prerecorded Q/A with the filmmakers and there is a chance to enter a month long raffle.
