This class is designed for those
wanting to go beyond the Continuing
Pilates Reformer class and want to
further challenge strength and core
stability. Working from your powerhouse
center, this class will have you
sweating by mastering and building
upon your core strength. We will
focus on improving your total body
strength and power. We will adhere
to and master basic Pilates Reformer
and launch into progressed a more
intensive workout flow. Recent Continuing
Pilates Reformer experience
required.
