Aquatics Reopening Information, June 2020
“The Lake,” Splash Montana’s 50-meter pool, opened for adult lap swim, youth swim team practice, and adult Aquacize classes only, on Wednesday, June 10. Swimmers may reserve a lap lane or an Aquacize class at www.missoulaparks.org/register or by calling 721-PARK. Small group pool rentals and private swim lessons at Splash Montana may be allowed under current COVID-19 restrictions. Call 721-PARK (7275) for more information.

Splash Montana is working closely with the Missoula City-County Health Department to begin Recreation Swim for all ages (at reduced capacity) as soon as possible. The State reopening guidelines for public pools are extremely restrictive, and the County Health Officer must approve City pool operations. The tentative start date for swim lessons and limited recreation swim at Splash Montana is June 22.

Currents Aquatics Center will open June 22 for reduced capacity for lap swim, Aquacize, and limited open swim. Details to be announced the week of June 15. Most spray decks will open by Friday, June 19. Residents must observe strict 6’ physical distancing at all aquatics facilities.

Please review the information linked below about how to enjoy Splash Montana safely during the pandemic. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact Aquatics Manager Eric Seagrave at seagravee@ci.missoula.mt.us or 721-PARK (7275.)
