This intro-level class is the perfect starting point for anyone who has never touched a pole, and can also serve as a great reintroduction into pole work after an extended break. Together we will get comfortable with the basic shapes and movements of both floor and pole work leading into basic combinations. This class will instill a foundation of confidence in you as you move through your pole journey. Every Monday from 5:00 to 6:00pm. $20 per class.
