Cost: $35 for 20-minute session
Take a break from your busy day to engage with your body, either in a chair or on a floor mat, with the versatile modality of Shiatsu Massage. This Japanese massage technique uses the hands to apply pressure to the body to promote health and well-being. Comfortable clothes recommended for floor mat massages.
What to Expect:
You will remain fully clothed for the session. Sessions incorporate both physical and energetic bodywork.
