$14.00 for the 1-Hour Workshop
The hour will begin with a short guided meditation to help us identify what it is that we are releasing and then we will settle in comfortably to bathe in the sound of the singing bowls. Feel free to bring your favorite pillow or blanket or any other cozy thing from home to help you settle in and be able to deeply relax.
