This ticket will give you an all-access pass to the retreat, good for entrance to all yoga classes, soundhealing sessions, breathwork, cacao ceremony, and the time to enjoy the grounds of Ten Spoon. You are welcome to come and go as you please.

Water, tea, and food from Basal and Green Source are included in the price for the ticket-lunch, dinner, and snacks are included throughout the day. Additional non-alcoholic drinks will be available for purchase.
