The EMBERS Center Survivorship Event brings together experts in nutrition, physical therapy, and mental health to address ways those who have completed treatment for a cancer diagnosis can thrive in Survivorship. Participants will learn evidence-based techniques to aid in healthy eating, fitness, and coping, all of which have been shown to improve survivorship outcomes and quality of life. This event is free and open to those who have had a cancer diagnosis and have completed active treatment, and their caregivers. Registration is required.
